Ratios?
Honey contains both fructose and glucose in proportions varying with the plants the nectar is collected from. Oil seed rape is high in glucose.
Would you advise against using oil seed rape honey in the Hibernation Diet?

No I would not advise against using oil seed rape honey, the proportions are not critical, 1:1 is optimal but by no means essential and even when Honey is from Oil Seed pollen the ratio is still very close to 1:1 - bees break the sugars down.

Even where the fructose is lower it will still regulate glucose intake into the liver prior to bed (The Fructose Paradox).
